Email with attachment send to multiple mailboxes
Hi we have exchange 2007 in our organization and would like to know, that if i send an email with attachment to internal users would that attachment go to all users or it that attachment is sitting in a central depository and all users are pointed to that mailbox any explanation would be appreciated, so does that attachment takes the user mailbox size. and what happens when i delete that email with the attachment my mailbox sizes reduces Thanks AK

Thanks for the info so if I am the recipient of the email with attachment does it takes the user mailbox size. and what happens when i delete that email with the attachment my mailbox sizes reduces. AK

Yes and Yes, if you remove and purge it from deleted items as well.
