Email time Stamp is 8 hours ahead: From remote Exchange server 2007
Hi,I am having this bizzare issue at the moment where by any emails sent from a remote site (which is Three hours ahead) once arriving at my site is time stamped as being 8 hours ahead!!Observations: The remote site is 3 hours ahead The remote site has its own fairly new Exchange 2007 server Any emails sent between users on the remote exchange server are timestamped correctly Any emails sent from the remote exchange server to my local exchange server or external e.g hotmail, yahoo recipient is timestamped 8 hours ahead! Looking at the Email header - all the sent and received timing from the remote and local exchange servers seem correct! The local times on the exchange servers, Domain controller and outlook clients (including timezones) are correct too. Can anyone help please!!!Thanks alot in advanceKind RegardsKhanKhan

I hope you already have DST patches. and regional settings are correct on both servers. Did you checked mails via OWA?Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|

But Microsoft has already declared that exchange 2007 doesn't affect by DST and need not to be patched by DST patch. there must be some other reason except time zone settings and DST. any idea ? Thanks, MK
