Email ports.....
Good morning. Would like to seek for your advice of any country which Microsoft would know that does not uses the standard email ports such as 110 or 995? Also is there any white papers from Microsoft which recommends its users to use port 995 instead of port 110? having some issue to receive email while their management Is in other countries Thank you.

I dont quite get your question being honest it is not clear what you are wanting to ask. Here is KB article you can consider as white paper in regards to well-known used POP3 ports, Speaking of Exchange Server you should not use POP (unless you have specific business requirements) use SMTP and its common implementation, for users accessing exchange server from outside you can leverage same SMTP protocol for outlook usage (Outlook anywhere ) or use OWA to let users to get mail services http://support.microsoft.com/kb/176466 ocd

Am though not sure what you are asking, but if you want to whether these are restricted in any country as per se Local Jurisdiction, in that i do not think as could not find any such info anywhere. Below Link might just give a insight on understanding 110. http://www.qrc.com/port_110.htm
