We have an exchange 2003 server that I believe was an upgrade from eariler exchange version. The prior manager implemented "logging" to a maibox called Exchange Journal. We have a few emails that end up in the journal but not in the intended person's inbox. There are no errors - just don't get delivered. When I view "tracking" it shows it queued for local delivery - then delivered to journal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We've already applied all the "patches" available for exchange 2003.
