Hi,
Error code : 5.7.1 unable to relay means your exchange ORG is not allowing mail for .nl address space. There is something wrong in authoritative entry for .nl.
Is "support@mydomain.nl" is vallid mailbox. Please re-configure .nl domain in authoritative domain and test it. Also go through below KB's for mre detail (Hope you are gone thru already)
Have you placed any FW/Router before exchange HUB/EDGE role for internet facing.

See if you have to check whether your exchange is working fine for your new domain - do simple test. send a test messages through telnet and check what happen.
Through telnet it is always an anonymous submission and will be same as someone sends messages from external domain. Preform the test from HUB and Edge, one my one and see where
it stuck and you get unable to relay error.
Unable to relay means either some issue with permission on receive connector where anonymous user does not have permission or to do with auth domain settings of your accepted domain.
could be a possibility that EDGE has some problem in synchronization and not syncing the settings.
Let us know what happens after these tests.Best Rgds, Ashish | Unified Comunication | MCTS | MCITP | Please remember to select option "Propose As Answer" if solution work for you | My posts hold no assurances, no promises, and they measured no rights.
