Hi, By the way, what is the version of your Exchange server? In Exchange 2007/2010, you can create transport rules to filter some junk mails. For example, configure that emails including some words from some outside organizations will be deleted automatically. And in Outlook, you can create outlook rules to move the specified emails to Junk Email folder.
