Email coming from email address instead of Display Name after changing SMTP domain
We just changed our company email domain name and I added the new domain to the recipient policy but now anyone who recieves an email from us see's john.doe@mydomain.cominstead of "John Doe". I have updated and rebuilt RUS and applied the recipient policy. I want emails to appear to come from my name and not my email address when someone receives mail from me. Any ideas? We are running Exchange Server 2003 SP2 on Server 2003 with a seperate Win2k3 domain controller.

Hello, Make sure that "Preserve sender's display name on message" selected in Internet Message Formats. Path: Exchange System Manager -> Global Settings -> Internet Message Formats -> Check Properties of newly added or default domain -> Advanced tab -> Make sure that Preserve sender's display name on message is selected.
