Email addresses within organisation and outside organisation
Hi, I'm currently working in a lab environment building a CCR Exchange proof of concept. Everythings working now and we're at the final points such as testing our mobile devices etc. Our lab environment is not connected to the internet which is causing some problems with testing, hence, my question. Some of our users do not want to use Exchange and are remaining on our existing pop3 system, no accounting for users eh?!?!!?, so we'll be in a situation where a user within the organisation might have an address john@company.com and will be sending to fred@company.com who isn't an Exchange account. Can anyone confirm that this is possible and any configuration that will be required so that I can put it into our production plan and highlight any attrached risks. Thanks soops PS: We have seperatly dealt with inbound email and seperating the mail to our pop infrastructure and Exchange... oh and the users won't immediatly consider moving to the Exchange pop service.
