Email address properties appearing blank
User not receiving emails. I can see the user in the GAB, but there are no E-mail Addresses shown in the properties for the user. Everything looks good on the user account on the Exchange. Any suggestions? User is using the Outlook 2007 client and I am using the 2010 client, getting the same results on each.Redgie

Hello, Please verify whether there is the same issue in owa? If so, please verify whether the user is mail enabled user. Best Regards, Lisa
