Where are you creating EAP, in Exchange 2003 or 2007 management tools? Are you able to see the recipient in preview while creating EAP?Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi Amit and Nitin,I am using Exchange 2003 recipent policy to apply to Exchagne 2003 mailbox. I am searching for the specific user and pointing to the policy to it so that policy applies only to the user. Regards,Krishna
