Email address issue
There is a user account on our exchange that got deleted and recreated with this same email address so now when people email that person they get ndr unless they remove old entry from the local cache. Is there any central way of sorting it out, instead of manually removing cached address from outlook? also when that user is being cc'ed emails are not being delievered and there is no ndr. Any ideas?

If you can get the legacydn of that old user account you can add it as an x500 address to the new user account. I believe that would work.Chris Morgan
