I'm pretty green with exchange tasks, the question is can I create an exchange email account without setting up a Windows account on our domain. The account will just be used for inquiries from our website. Then I need to know how to redirect the mail from the created exchange account to an outside email address at our ISP because their going to take some of the administrative tasks and log them etc.Any help much appreciated.

Hi, In exchange 200x you can't create a mailbox without also creating a user account. If all mails are going to an outside address and you don't need to keep any mails for this account internally you can create a contact - this will give you an internal email address which will be forwarded to the external mailbox.
