Email account can't be created if I create new user account under Active Directory
When I create a new user account under Active Directory, I found the user's email can't be created. it works fine before. I logon email server and can't find this user's account. Don't knowwhy thishappend. I also try to setup user's email profile with outlook 2003, when I click " check name" I got error message "The action could not be completed. the name could not be matched to a name in the address list" My system is Exchange server 2003 (SP2) with Windows 2003 server. Is anyone can help me on this issue? Please.....

emailaddress can only be managed when the ADUC user extensions are installed, which come with the Exchange system manager. The part where you can't find the account, sounds like a replication issue. Check replmon.
