We have some users running Windows 7, office 2010 and BCM 2010. Everything was going fine until yesterday the server had some issues and crashed.

After restoring from the backup the Email Tracking button is now grayed out. I tried making a new profile as well as setting up his email on a completely different PC for testing and still no luck, BCM won't even start in safemode since it is an addon.

Does anyone have any ideas?

It might not be an issue with the clients.

Create a new BCM database to see if Email Tracking will work again.

It is very hard to find answers about this product. Are you trying to force us onto Dynamics?
