When I send an email from Outlook/OWA, on the receiving side, the time stamp is 3 hours late. Please see the below example, I actually sent the email at 9:47am, on the receiving side the time stamp on the email is 12:47am when I replied it, the time is 9:48am. Exchange server 2007. I am using Outlook 2010, my colleagues using Outlook 2007, same thing. Please help.
