Some version information would help here. Are you using a BES? If Exchange 2003, does the domain exist in recipient policy? Of course the real problem is using a domain internally that on appearances doesn't belong to you. Simon. Simon Butler, Exchange MVP. http://blog.sembee.co.uk , http://exbpa.com/

What’s the error information in the NDR, if the sender gets one? Does the issue only happen when send mails from blackberry? Does the issue disappear when send mails via OWA or outlook? Please compare the headers information between un-reply-able message and reply-able message James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
