Email Forward
This may be a stupid question, but it doesn't seem to make sense to me. We have a couple accounts that we want emails to be forwarded from. These accounts when I search for them in AD, do not show up.. I found one account within a Security Group, but I do not get an option to right click>Properties>General Exchange to create the forward. It almost seems as though these accounts do not exist, but they get emails so they must. I do no know if there is something I need to do in the Exchange side of AD or Exchange itself. I've worked with AD quite a bit, but not Exchange. Any Suggestions?

1. Try to logon the exch server and run ADUC and check for that tab if using exch 2003 2. If using 2007/2010 then use EMC, find the user under recipents and right click>prop> go thorugh the tabs and look for mail flow settings. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124406(EXCHG.80).aspxSukh

1. You sure the accounts have mailboxes right, just send an email and select a delivery receipt. 2. Logon to the mailboxes in question and make sure you have received the email. 3.. Make sure your views are OK in ADUC, advanced features are selected. Do it on the 2003 exch (use ADUC from there).Sukh

I figured it out. They were Distribution Groups, don't know why I didn't think of that.. Thank you for your quick responses and patience. :)
