Hi All, Was wondering if someone could help me out. For the last week random emails have been delayed, sometimes the user receives it a few hours sometimes 2/3 days after... this is happening occasionally to random internal and external emails, nothing has changed besides me renewing the certificate on the Edge Transport Server about 10 days ago. In general everything is working perfectly fine besides these random few that are delayed. Any ideas? Help! thanks in advance.

Hi, Please check the Message Tracking log to identify the time on different stage when this issue reoccurs. Thanks Allen
