Again, archiving is enabled but no online archive appears.

Need to find out how to create online archive manually.

We have enabled archiving option for all users so any emails older than 7 days should go to the archive.

Windows  users are seeing the online archive on their Outlook but Mac users are not seeing the same.

Mac users are not able to retrieve any emails older than 7 days.

Any input appreciated.
