Identity is similar to name , instaed of name try identity

Try this instead: Set-ReceiveConnector "MyServer\MyReceiveConnector" -Banner "220 MyBanner"Alexei

The above for Alex is perfect.. If you want to use the Identity command alongwith Banner ( which is wrong ) The command with identity would be "set-receiveconnector -identity "Crm Application Receive" -Banner "220 'MY PC Custom Receive Connector"
