Ediscovery to pst not working

I've setup a ediscovery search and found 56 items. I'm trying to export to pst, but a popup that says "Application download did not succeed." When I open details I give me this for the error message:

Hi Carltonw,

According to the error information, It seems that you haven't installed Export Tool.

The computer you use to export search results to a PST file has to meet the following system requirements:

  • 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 and later versions

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5

  • A supported browser:

    • Internet Explorer 8 and later versions

      OR

    • Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, with the ClickOnce add-in installed

In addition, please refer to the following KB to check if any helps:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2919825/en-us

Best regards,

It doesn't prompt me to install it. How can I get it installed?
