Edge subscription failed on Hub Transport
I want to set an Edge Transport in our Exchange 2010 organisation. The server has one nic card and is in the dmz, not added to the domain. Communications occur between the edge and the hub transport on ports 25, 50636 and 50389. I succesfully created an edge subscription on the edge server. When I want to import the subscription on the hub transport, i have the following error message: exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation I looked everywhere but found nothing that could help solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Paulins

Hi Paulins, ROOT CAUSE : There was a problem with ADAM in edge server. and exchange organasation couldnot able to detect the edge server.please give permissions for exchange group on edge system. the given error is saying that AD scheama objects of that exchange organasation is not synchronizing with edge subscription file. Solution: please install all updated patches on server and install ADAM if edge is a 2003 server or install ADLDS if edge is 2008 server and give full permissions on Edge system and all administrative rights on that. give DNS ip adress in preferred dns ipaddress. Hi KSudarshan, I have a Windows 2008 R2 Server where I've install ADLS. I've modified the host file and the Edge server is able to communicate with the hub transport on ports 25, 50636 and 50389. I'll give a try and let you know. Thanks for your help. Paulins
