Edge not working with Exchange ECP

I have already sent feedback but thought somebody else might be facing the same or have solution.

in Windows 8.1, you can to Exchange management console using login to https://mail.acme.com/ecp but in Windows 10, it doesn't take you beyond the login screen. and i'm using the right credentials.

based on what browsers are supported for OWA (Edge isn't listed there either) I don't think Edge is supported.

Hi Reno,

What's your Exchange version? Please confirm whether you can access ECP with IE in Windows 10.

I have tested in my Exchange 2013 CU9 environment and access the EAC in Edge of Windows 10, it can be accessed successfully. I suggest you can upgrade your Exchange 2013 to the latest version to have a try:

hi, i figured it out. somehow, before the Win10 updates were applied, Win10 can't get thru the load balancer. if i open the direct URL of the CAS server it works.

after Win10 updates were applied, i now can use the regular URL provided by the load balancer.

note: i have to keep reminding myself we're now using a hardware load balancer.
