Edge Server Version mismatch showing evaluation
Guys, we have exchange 2007 SP3 RU5 environment in our org, and this is since long so today while checking the server found that My edge Server is showing the TRIAL VERSION/Standard evaluation and no product key listed into that when I am checking from CASHUB but when i checked the same from Edge server it is showing the correct standard version along with product key? So what is this issue here?? This is happened for one site and the other edge server which is in other site is showing correct version? So is this the issue related to edge sync? if yes then why it is showing correct in US site as we did the same for both the sides. Is there any way i can get to know why edge server showing trail version for EMEA/IN site what could be reason behind that? thanks

Hi, The only reason for this that I can think of, is that you created the EdgSync before you added the product key to your Edge Servers. If you have a problem, I suggest that you recreate the EdgeSubscription.Martina Miskovic

But howcome for the other edge server showing correct ? is there any cmd which i can run and verify the issue on the faulty edge server ( on which its showing the StandardEvaluation) and compare it with the one which is showing correct ? thanks
