The edge server is accepting and recieving mail fine, I just can't enter the product key I have. To make matters worse, I am running out of days. Thanks,

Hi, Where are you trying to enter this key - on the edge server itself? You must enter the key on the edge server and then you must make a new edge subscription in order for the internal servers to learn that the edge server is licensed. Leif

I am attempting to enter the key on the edgeserver itself. I bypassed the edge subscription and setup a manual connection. The edge server is what is prompting me for the license. Thanks, Springer

FYI........ Spent a few ours with microsoft support. The solution ended up being a simple and frustrating one. I had to turn on "file and print sharing" on the external (public facing)network card for the system to finally accept the key. The internal network card was fine, but for some reason, and the microsoft engineers could not explain why, it had be to be active on the public NIC too.
