Easy question - How to move or link a Public Folder to someone's Inbox??
I have tried several ways... but none seemed to work. Anyone have any ideas? (I think its not possible, but I thought I would try to ask). I tried making a Favorite, and then a shortcut, and dragging the shortcut to the Inbox. But when I did a test email to the public folder, the message appeared in the public folder, and not the folder in the Inbox. Help! Thank you, Toyman1

Hi, You can consider the following methods: Method 1: Add the public folder into favorite folders: 1. Right click the public folder and click Add to Favorites 2. Under the Favorites, right click the public folder and click Add to Favorite Folders again For your reference http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP010397841033.aspx You can also use Moderated Folder to forward new message in the public folder to your inbox: http://www.msexchange.org/articles/Creating-Using-Moderated-Public-Folders-Exchange-Server.html Mike
