Hi, Does the error happen when sending a mail or logging in to the mailbox? Try to change the message Retrieval format options: 1. Open EMC, expand to Server configuration->Client Access. 2. In POP3 and IMAP4 tab, right click IMAP4 and choose properties. 3. In Retrieval Settings tab, under "Message MIME format", select "Best body format" . If the issue persists, try the format "Text" or "HTML". Hello,, Thanks for your help. I am late cause I was migrating another site and the same issue happend also this error happens when outloook fetch messages or synchronozing with exchange the default setting is best body formate which has the probelm I want to change this setting but I do not know the imapct of changing to text or html or the other options I appreciate if there is any help for the difference between them as stated in the event log outlook trying to change the message formate from imap4message to mime formate so, is there any option that prevents this in outlook.. Hello,, I found this in outlook Tools >Options >Mail Format then Message Fromat section which is used to change the Format of Outgoing mesage with the default Setting set to HTML I will change Retrieval Settings in Xchange to be HTML sure I will update you with the result...
