Not sure if this makes difference. does your environment have password policy? with how many days of expiraton warning? Thanks for showing interest :)

Hello. Sorry, just to clarify the question again, we have no problem getting password expiration warning but warning date is different than our domain policy. Our Default domain password policy is set at 5 days yet OWA warns at 15days. I was assuming OWA warning date value should be from our default policy but it's not. Can this date be changed from 15days to 5 days? Thanks again for helping out with this.

Hi, By the way, what version is windows server in your Exchange 2007? And Exchange 2007 OWA does not support the Windows 2008 Native Domain feature for Fine Grained Password policies. Exchange 2007 OWA only supports the Default Domain Password policies. Hope it helps. ThanksSophia Xu TechNet Community Support

Hi, It should be from OWA virtual directory and the value can’t be changed, which is by design.
