EXCEL Hyperlink to SQL Server Stored Procedure
I am wondering if there is a way to create a hyperlink from excel to a stored procedure in sql server 2008 R2. The purpoese is not to execute the proc but to see the text.

Thanks for the reply. But I am trying hyperlink from excel to the stored procedure so when I clik on the link it will return the text of the stored procedure. Similar to having a hyperlink that displays a word document.

Hi,

If you want to store the EXCEL Hyperlink in the SQL 2008 R2 database, it only could be store as a string character.

It does not show the Hyperlink connect in SQL database.

I recommend you try to use a cube and add an action to the Hyperlink.
