I have this problem in a lot of my worksheets it seem to happen on the same day . I have tried several ways to retrieve data I am getting really stressed, can any one help please.

Based on your description, my understanding is that your Workbook lost data but the title still there as shown in the following figure.

Is my understanding correct? Did this issue appear all Excel files? Did these Excel files contain links?

I suggest you be a bit more precise to explain your issue so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem.
