Hello, we run a Exchange 2007 SP2 Server which is backed up with DPM 2010. Backups of Server and Information Store works fine. But every night during recovery point creation of server, information store backup fails. Event Log Entry (german server): ---- Protokollname: Application Quelle: ESE Datum: xxx 00:06:25 Ereignis-ID: 2007 Aufgabenkategorie:Schattenkopie Ebene: Fehler Schlüsselwörter:Klassisch Benutzer: Nicht zutreffend Computer: xxx Beschreibung: Information Store (4552) Schattenkopieinstanz 55 wurde abgebrochen. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie unter "http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp". --- I found this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968621/en-us Entry for this error. But update rollup 9 and sp2 is already installed on this Exchange Server. So anyone has suggestions? Thank You Gordon

Hi, Are there any other warnings or errors being generated? 326 or 327 events? Without more data I can't say why these events are happening so often. I have seen this event several times and it appears to be a symptom not the actual cause of the problem. Sometimes AV can be the cause of these problem. Permissions can cause problems like this.
