EMS to grant calendar delegation Exchange 2007
I'm trying to make one user a delegate on the calendar of another (a conference room). I'm using the following command: Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity conferenceRoomAlias -ResourceDelegates userAlias The error I get back is: WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and debug information is being generated: Default Scope and Search Root cannot be set at the same time. Set-MailboxCalendarSettings : Default Scope and Search Root cannot be set at the same time. At line:1 char:28 + Set-MailboxCalendarSettings <<<< -Identity conferenceRoomAlias -ResourceDelegates userAlias + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [Set-MailboxCalendarSettings], NotSupportedException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : System.NotSupportedException,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.SetMailboxCale ndarSettings What gives? Hi WinadminSM What's your default scope setting? Try Martina's link and Set it to something else then see it will still happen or not. Cheers Zi FengZi Feng TechNet Community Support
