EMC Locks when attempting to create full-text index
I have a server w2k3 enterprise r2 sp2 with exchange 2003 enterprise, both fullyupdated. I had a problem in the search field in owa and had to rebuild the index in my databases, but in one of them, every time I try to recreate the index EMC crashes. I checked if there was any fault during the deletion process of the index and follow theprocedure reported in the technet blog: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2005/02/23/379032.aspx My problem is the same though, just in time to create the index, I'm looking for solutionsonline and would like to help.

Thank you all, My server has 12 Databases and I forgot to say that I didn´t have any problem to recreate the index of 11 Databases. So, I just have the problem with only one. I think the problem is not antivirus, if it was, I could not recreate the index in the other database. There´s no error on event viewer. I ran a defrag, without any error on this db and, again, when I open ESM and click on "Creat Full-Text Index", nothing happens. Any ideia ?
