EMC Initialization Failed
Hello all,
We just upgraded from Exchange 2010 SP1 to SP2 and now we cannot expand our Microsoft Exchange On-Premises within EMC.
"The WinRM client cannot process the request. It cannot determine the content type of the HTTP response from the destination computer."
I have verified that the Default and PowerShell virtual web sites have the correct modules and entry types.
The AD account I am using has the correct Enterprise membership and Remote PowerShell enabled.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Mike

Try uninstalling and reinstalling "WinRM IIS Extension" (It's a Feature - as opposed to Role).

I tried this on both my CAS and MB servers and it did not fix the problem.

Hi
1) Verifiy the below settings
Kerbauth.dll should not be registered at the Default Web Site.
Kerbauth.dll should be registered at the Powershell Web Site & in "Native" Module.
Kerbauth.dll should pointing to BIN folder on the server.
2) Go to the Default web site physical location and move the file (web config) and redirect.htm (if it is exist). 3) do the IISReset on the command prompt 4) re-open the EMC consoleThanks Joseph Pradeep =========================================================== If you found this post helpful, please give it a "Helpful" vote.
