EMC Console gave me wrong number of Enterprise CALs required Exchange 2010 enterprise
I have Exchange 2010 enterprise and after updating the organization summary get wrong number of enterprise and standard CALs is this a bug with Exchange 2010 or What?

Hope you have latest service pack and update rollups install.
Can you explain more in detail about why you think that it is reporting wrong number of CALs?

In fact we didnt have latest service pack we working with Exchange 2010 enterprise Sp1, also we have 2000 users enabled mailbox only and we got before and after updating the Exchange organization summary over than 5000 users require CALs.

Can you see how many mailboxes are showing in Recipients summary of Exchange Organizational Health?

yes I can see only 2000 users mailbox
