When you log on OWA by another browser, such as firefox, what happens? 3. When you use outlook, do you also need to enter username and password for many times? 4. When you log on OWA in another computer, what happens? 5. Are you only using Exchange 2007 or do you have a combination of servers? Hello, i'm having an issue similiar to the one described by OneWay85. The difference is, i'm using OWA 2003. Using Account 1, i can login from anywhere and i get through without incident. Using Account 2, i can login but get prompted, sometimes i can browse through 5 - 6 messages while other times i get only as far as browsing 1 message. It doesn't matter what browser is used. And the computer doesn't seem to matter either. do you have any information that might help me?

Hi all, I think I know where my problem came from already - it is due to load balancer, we have 4 CAS servers, so when we use the main OWA link, it will randomly picks one of the 4 cas urls. If I access using one of the cas urls, I will get logged on straight away :)Never stop learning
