E2K7 /O2k10 client
I have an O2K20 client who was sending msgs and account profile setup fine and the user does not see the sent to from within the new message form Please any assistance is appreciated very mcuh

1. It could be the view which is setup, you may nothave selcted the the right field on the view. Add Sent to to the view and check. 2. Check is the user can see the sent to via OWA 3. Test on another PC 4. Create a new profile and test. 5. Try another Outlook client Sukh
