How can we migrate users from exchange server 2010 to new exchange server 2013. The two exchange environments are different. Once we installed new exchange server 2013, how do we import all exchange 2010 users mails into new exchange 2013.

If you want to migrate mailbox from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013 in the same domain organization, we can directly create a local move request and do the mailbox moving:

If the Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2013 are in the different forest, we can do a cross-forest migration for mailbox, please refer to:
