Working in Outlook 2010, I have been able to click on a listed website in the body of the E-mail and connect to that website until recently.  Something has happened to prevent this.  I get a message "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact you system administrator." I am the system administrator, and would like to know what are the restrictions, and how to remove them.
