If I send an e-mail from a shared mailbox, it shows up in the sent items of the shared folder which is great.
For instance if I use Word to send the email as attachment, select the shared mailbox in the "From" tab, the e-mail shows up in my sent items and shared mailbox's sent items(no rules at all in place).
Can someone provide a fix for this please as it way efficient to send e-mail directly from word compared to saving it somewhere and attaching it to a new e-mail.
