E-mail issues with vista home and MS Exchange 2003
My school uses MS Exchange 2003 w/Outlook for E-mail. With my Vista System computer I can only receive e-mails and cannot reply to or send e-mails. What do I need to do to correct this? I have been told that Vista is not compatible with the MS Exchange/Outlook 2003.

I believe that you are using POP3 mode on Outlook 2003 to retrieve Exchange 2003 email, with POP3 mode, exchange system administrator could configure the certain POP3 connector to either receive or send only. This should be the root cause I think. There is nothing to do with Vista.

I'm running Vista on my laptop and XP Pro on my desktop. I'm having this same problem. When I remote in to the company server using XP Pro I am able to read, reply and send email through Outlook 2003. With Vista I can only read email. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem? Thanks so much in advance.
