I have some users, they have very strange problem.

-If they open an e-mail first on their mobile phones(all IOS devices), e-mail text is not displayed in outlook or in OWA. They only see the attachment.

-If they forward same e-mail to themselves from mobile phone and if they first open on outlook, then text is back again.

What can I do to solve this issue?

Is it happening for all the users or only for specific user ?

for testing can you remove one affected user  active sync device reenable it again and see the results.

Check the message format that the user sends whether it is html, plain text and rich text
