E-Mail Address Policies
When converting an Exchange 2003 RUS to the new 2010 E-Mail Address Policy, does that conversion process kick off a rebuild of the address list or does it just convert it so that it works with 2010?

Hi,
It just convert the E-mail Address Policy and turn it into the OPATH Filters.
http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/01/11/432158.aspx which also applies for Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2003 environment.
