Hello,I have a user in my Global Address List whose name is displaying twice. Can anyone tell me how to remove it?When i check the user name properties, one address has the Alias ID and the Email address on it(Which is correct & working) and the other doesn't have the Alias ID OR the Email Address, etc. Anyhelp on this will be really appreciated!!Thanks in Advance!Exchange 2007

Yes. It happens in OWA and Outlook non cached mode.I figured out the issue, the user has one more additional login id, which has the same display name,first name and last nameon it.. the additional account doesn't haveany mailbox enabled on it, but for some reason it is also displaying on the GAL.The Issue resolved afterremoving the ADAttributes value"Show in Address Book" &"MSExchHomeServerName"from the additional account using ADSIEdit. Actually this account contains no Mailbox, but do know how these attributes gets included instead of blank.All Set now. Thanks for the reply!!Exchange 2007
