We are on Exchange 2013 CU6 & when we Drag the Message (.msg) from one Mailbox to another mailbox mail lost its format.

We use cache mode in outlook.

Please help.

In exchange 2013, I suggest to use Search-Mailbox cmdlet to move message from one mailbox to another mailbox.

Saving a message to .msg file and dragging .msg file are the features of Outlook client, Outlook Forum is the best place to solve this problem.
