Downloading of Emails
Hi,Hopefully someone will be able to provide some suggestions to help solve the situation.Using Exchange Server 2003 SP2 on LAN and everything connects and stores their emails on the server. Everytime some goes out-field for work, they will VPN back to the office and download the mails to Outlook 2003. When mails are all downloaded to Outlook 2003, they will start to reply and do their own stuffs. Now, I would like to remove the VPN capability (of course the security it offers are good) as some places cannot get connected and allow them to download their mails and work from Outlook 2003. Besides using POP3 whereby mails will no longer be available on the server, are there any other ways such that they can download the mails where the mails are still store on the Exchange server? I already had configure OWA for all users but the feedback wasn't good at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Tan

Hi,Thanks for the reply.I seems to be able to create RPC over HTTP and started downloading emails. However, I noticed that while using Outlook 2003 to get the mails, the mails are reducing one by one when i login to OWA. Is this normal and mails will definitely still on server when i go back to office and check mails using another profile?? Regards,Tan
