Hello - i downloaded Office 365 to use for uni, it downloaded fine but now when I try and use it, it asks me to login and then says "not working please try again later"

It's a brand new computer (literally bought it this morning) - any ideas how I can get it to work??

Please let me know during which step it asks you to login, before or after the install?

As the error message doesn't seem complete, would you please let me know the whole error message? You can post the whoe message here or send a snapshot to our email address as well:

Some other things to note, make sure you have the correct subscription and use the corresponding account to login.

Hi,

As you haven't replied yet, here are some suggestions:

Please make sure you use the account that is associated with the purchase of Office 365 University. Then make sure you have the Internet, which is needed to login the account. Disable the firewall settings temporarily to try again, it may be blocked by the security settings.
