Downloaded Bouwsma Uncial font and the 'd' and 'y' letters won't print!

Hello all you clever people. I downloaded Bouwsma Uncial font and after typing out a whole document with it, I printed it to find that none of the 'd' or 'y' letters print! This was also the case when I exported the document as a PDF.. I don't understand what is going wrong as everything is fine in the preview. I am using Windows 7 and my printer is a Canon MP280. Any idea how I can sort it? I really do need those letters and the font is just that strange that I don't think I can attempt to impersonate the letters by pen all the way through!

Hi,

As far as I know, Bouwsma Uncial is not a bulid-in font of Office. I downloaded it from third party website, and tried to test this issue with my local environment. But, I can't reproduce this issue and I can print the 'd' or 'y' letters.

Thus, I suppose this issue might be caused by your font or printer driver. We can try the following methods:
