Download email bodies in Outlook 2007 to read offline?
Hi,Can anyone help me with downloading emails when i have opened them in Office 2007? Basically i would like to be able to read all my emails in all folders offline after i have opened them. I could do this in Outlook 2003. I have searched the help function and it refers me to changing a setting with my user account and Microsoft Exchange. When i follow the directions i get to a point where i am to open a Tab that isn't there. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.ed

Are you using POP3 or IMAP4 ?
You also need a license for accessing Exchange via POP3 or IMAP
You can use the same license for Outlook 2003 to access Exchange

For every mailbox that accesses exchange whether it is POP, IMAP, MAPI or OWA you need a CAL (Client Access License)
Exchange Server 2007 Standard CAL
$67 US
