Room mailboxes are getting double booked.  When a user tries to book a room when a meeting is all ready at the same time the users receives a Tentative email "Your request was received and is pending approval" the meeting goes on the users calendar.  How do I setup the rooms to not allow double bookings and warn the users with an email if it is doulbe booked.
